Teacher `had oral sex on school minibus`
A schoolgirl performed a sex act on her sixth form head as he drove the school minibus and had a mobile phone conversation with a colleague, a court heard today.
Andrew Riley, 36, a married father-of-two, is accused of taking advantage of the 18-year-old pupil at Baines High School in Poulton-le-Fylde, Lancashire.
Under cross examination at Preston Crown Court, the student, who is now 20, told prosecutor Dennis Watson: "It happened in the mini bus that belongs to Baines School.
"We had sex. He had a phone call from a female member of staff while driving the mini-bus. I was giving him oral sex while he was driving."
Riley`s trial has heard how he twice took the girl to hotels in Manchester where they drank champagne and he offered her cocaine before they had sex.
The court heard details of instant internet messages between the pair, recovered from the girls` computer.
One read: "How funny is it that some year 12s will be sitting where we had sex." advertisement
The jury heard how Riley allegedly took ё200 of cocaine on an overnight school trip to a university in Oxford, which he then took to the hotel the first time he stayed with the girl.
She told the jury that they took drugs on both nights at the hotel.
She said: "I`d gone to the toilet and he`d put the cocaine out in lines on the desk that was in the hotel room.
"Then Andrew did a line or two."
When asked if she had taken any, she replied: "Yes."
The girl said Riley lied to his wife so he could meet the girl, using an imaginary parents` evening as an excuse.
Dennis Watson, prosecuting, said Riley sent a message to the girl saying they could take their laptops to the hotel and have internet sex.
When she replied that she did not have a laptop, he allegedly wrote: "Don`t worry about a laptop. You any good at lap dancing?"
The court heard that she sent him a topless picture of her over the internet, and he sent a video to her.
She told the court: "It was a video of him removing his boxers, from the front. I was showing my breasts while he was showing everything."
Mr Watson said he sent her a message saying: "Can you believe you have got a video of the head of your year getting his shorts off?"
The girl allegedly wrote back saying "Trust me", to which he replied: "I have to because you could get me locked up."
The jury heard that Riley repeatedly told the girl to delete the videos he had sent, and wrote: "If this relationship goes tits up, you could batter me."
After the girl went away to study at Oxford, the relationship cooled and she eventually showed her old school the email messages. The police were then called in.
Riley told officers he "emphatically denies" having sex with the teenager or supplying her with cocaine. He did not deny spending nights in hotels with her, but denied any sexual activity took place, the court heard.
Riley, of Wentworth Drive, Lancaster, denies two counts of an abuse of trust and sexual activity with a child and a single count of offering to supply cocaine between May and July 2005.
The trial continues.
